vamp
A premium fashion e-commerce redesign and a bespoke internal product-management platform — two very different products for one brand, each designed for its job.

THE BRIEF
balancing high-end consumer retail with complex enterprise workflows.
Vamp, an established presence in the fashion and apparel market, partnered with Kronikon for a comprehensive, dual-layered digital ecosystem upgrade. The project presented a distinct structural challenge: our studio needed to execute a complete front-end and back-end overhaul of their consumer-facing e-commerce store, while simultaneously architecting a bespoke internal DPM (Digital Product Management) platform from scratch. Our mandate was to translate Vamp's elegant fashion identity into a high-converting public store, and to engineer clean, data-dense, deeply intuitive user journeys for their internal operations team.
WHAT WE DID
01
e-commerce UI/UX & web development
- Engineered a sleek, grid-based e-commerce front-end optimized for rapid collection browsing, advanced filtering, and considered micro-interactions.
- Systematized a fast, multi-currency mobile shopping journey, resolving layout bottlenecks across the cart and checkout funnels.
- Designed modular, high-fidelity retail landing layouts to showcase product materials, seasonal collections, and rich visual lookbooks.
02
internal DPM platform architecture
- Architected the complete information architecture and interface system for a bespoke internal Digital Product Management platform.
- Translated dense operational data, logistics charts, and multi-user tracking systems into an elegant, highly scannable dashboard.
- Developed custom data visualization tools, state indicators, and bulk-action menus designed to minimize administrative friction for internal teams.
03
documentation & ongoing optimization
- Structured asset parameters and layout templates for clean deployment across the client's development team.
- Maintain the platforms under a dedicated retainer partnership, iterating layouts against live user data and internal workflow reviews.
