Solution Services is a Carolinas industrial contractor with more than a quarter-century of history — a firm whose in-house teams of engineers, welders, pipe fitters, millwrights, electricians, and riggers deliver turnkey work across maintenance, engineering, and construction. The clients they serve are the region's largest: paper mills, chemical plants, utilities, and manufacturers. The brief was to give a values-led firm the marketing web presence its craft deserves, and to build a collateral system — print, flyers, an eBrochure, campaign banners, ongoing content — that carries the same voice into every surface a specifier or a plant manager might meet the company on.

Designed and built the Solution Services WordPress site around the three service pillars that shape the business — Maintenance, Engineering, and Construction — so a plant manager, a project engineer, or a corporate procurement lead can navigate straight to the fit for their work.
Structured a Capabilities architecture underneath each pillar with the granularity the firm's real scope requires — from laser shaft alignment to 3D scanning and modeling to plant relocation — without letting the site read as a specification document.
Held the whole site to a visual discipline that reads as industrial-grade and human at once, matching the firm's Gritty · Enjoyable · Trustworthy · Caring value language.

Directed and laid out a portrait-led directory of the full Solution Services team — engineers, field leadership, tradespeople, office staff — so the site foregrounds the people who show up on site rather than a stock-photo idea of them.

Designed the case-study one-pager framework used across the firm's engineering, mechanical, and design-build wins — from CO2 suppression cover projects to jib crane platform builds to filter and lowerator beam replacements.
Built the testimonial system that carries in-their-own-words trust from mill operations departments, plant engineering managers, and site construction leads at some of the largest paper and manufacturing operators in the region.
