recharge fabric
A placeholder page moved onto WordPress in nine days, an eight-slide sales deck, and a how-it-works infographic for a rechargeable antimicrobial fabric treatment launched in the autumn of 2020 — all three designed with a space left for a logo that was still on its way.

THE BRIEF
three things by friday, and a logo still on its way.
ReCharge Fabric is a textile treatment from ReCharge Solutions, a venture launched alongside a Wellford, South Carolina specialty-chemicals company: a finish that lets a fabric hold the chlorine from an ordinary bleach rinse, so the cloth itself works against germs and takes up a fresh charge with every wash — scrubs, bed linens, kitchen cloths, incontinence pads. It reached us in the autumn of 2020, when every buyer in the world was thinking about clean surfaces, with a placeholder page on a site-builder platform, a sales story that lived in a document, and a logo being finished elsewhere. The brief came as a numbered list with a Friday deadline: design the sales presentation, turn the science into one infographic, and move the website — together with the chemistry company's two sites — onto WordPress. Everything had to be built with a space where the mark would go, and with colors that could change the day the real ones came in.
WHAT WE DID
01
the site
- Built the website on WordPress as a single scroll — hero, the technology in the client's own words, a Less Chlorine than Pool Water card, a four-step wash routine, a partner-enquiry form — so the pitch, the how-to and a way in sit on one page.
- Recovered the domain from the previous platform, re-pointed it, and had the site live nine days after kickoff, on the same WordPress footing as its two sister sites, so all three could be looked after the same way.
02
the deck
- Designed the eight-slide sales presentation from the client's content, through five drafts — facts, prevention icons, comparison, and a closing Value of Clean page built on the mark's own hook — so the sales team walked in with one argument, told in order.
- Turned the two numeric slides into graphics a buyer reads at a glance — the washing-durability results as a clean table, the chlorine comparison as a two-bar chart against pool water — and shipped an editable PowerPoint plus a PDF light enough to email.
03
the infographic
- Drew the Rechargeable Biocidal Textiles infographic as a five-step ring — treated surface, contact, kill, chlorine spent, bleach rinse recharges — with the four applications at the corners, so the whole mechanism reads in one turn of the eye.
- Delivered it three times in a week as the story settled, the last version re-colored to the final palette with the new mark at the top of the cycle, as a PDF and an editable slide the client could drop into decks of their own.
04
the logo, when it landed
- Built the first three weeks without it — the deck and the infographic with a blank where the mark would sit and colors set up to swap in one move — so nothing waited on a decision being made elsewhere.
- Prepared the client's mark for use when it arrived: a clean vector master, white and inverted versions for the deck's photographic cover, a favicon for the site, and its symbols carried into the deck's closing page and the infographic's cycle, re-colored within a day.
