THE BRIEF
designing the printed day of a five-star stay.
ON Residence revives the high-society glamour of Thessaloniki's grand seafront era — the Tornivoukas family's century of hospitality carried into its newest address, with the historic Olympos Naoussa restaurant at its side. Inside a hotel like this, a guest's day is full of printed moments: the welcome letter on the desk, the directory by the bed, the breakfast label at the buffet, the rooftop list at sunset. The brief is to keep every one of those moments designed, current, and unmistakably ON — an always-on partnership where menus change with the kitchen, labels change with the month, and nothing a guest touches has gone stale.
WHAT WE DID
01
the in-room library
- Designed the ON Residence room directory — the in-room book that carries the hotel's voice through every service, hour, and detail of the stay.
- Composed the welcome-letter suite for the hotel's luxury networks — Small Luxury Hotels of the World and Mr & Mrs Smith — so arrival reads as considered as the room itself.
- Designed the quiet pieces that answer questions before they're asked — the pillow menu, the umbrella card, and the discreet in-room stickers that carry house policy with grace.
02
menus, kept current
- Designed the hotel's full menu family — breakfast, room service, mini bar, snack and late-night, and the rooftop bar — as one editorial system in the hotel's register.
- Keep the system alive month after month: refreshed breakfast and rooftop editions, seasonal room-service menus, and the monthly breakfast-buffet labels that follow the kitchen's rhythm.
- Delivered everything bilingual and print-ready, so the pass from kitchen to designer to guest stays effortless.
03
seasons & the city
- Produced the hotel's seasonal moments — Christmas and Easter graphics for the hotel's channels — and its presence in the city's hospitality-association newsletter.
