THE BRIEF

BurroAire approached Kronikon with a clear thesis. The industrial-filtration business runs on quotes, lead times, and specialty-media conversations — and there was a segment of buyers who simply needed standard replacement filter bags for standard pulse-jet baghouses, and wanted to click and buy. The brief was to design a brand and a Shopify store that lived that thesis end to end: no quotes, no delays, transparent pricing, and a voice that spoke to industrial buyers as the professionals they are.

verbal identity & copywriting

Formulated the brand's verbal system around a single principle — "Built to Work. Not to Wow." — carried consistently across headlines, product pages, and support content.
Wrote every page of the storefront in that voice, including the industry-fit pages, the product-page callouts, and the deliberately-honest "When BurroAire Is Not the Right Fit" section that filters out mismatched buyers before they buy.

Designed and built the BurroAire Shopify store from scratch — product architecture, category structure, cart, and checkout, tuned specifically for a B2B replacement-purchase flow rather than a D2C browsing experience.
Structured every product listing around clear specifications and standard sizing so buyers can order what fits without a phone call or a quote.
Configured the shipping, payment, and account flows for repeat industrial buyers, not one-off shoppers.
