PeopleCap Advisors coaches leaders and grows companies — web infrastructure is not their business, and it shouldn't have to be. When they came to Kronikon, their site sat entangled across multiple providers: a domain in one place, hosting in another, credentials in a third, and every renewal notice a small alarm. The brief grew the way good partnerships do. First: untangle it — bring the site and the domain home under one roof and keep them healthy. Then: rebuild the site from scratch on a clean, current foundation. And then: extend it, page by page, into the platform the firm's growing public presence deserves.

WHAT WE DID

the rescue & migration

Untangled a web presence spread across multiple providers — hosting, domain, DNS, and credentials — and migrated the site and the domain onto Kronikon's managed hosting, under one roof with one point of contact.
Stabilized the site on arrival: full backups, theme, plugin, and core updates, and the fault-finding that turned recurring errors into a site that just works.

rebuilt from scratch

Rebuilt the PeopleCap website from the ground up on a clean, current foundation — every layer up to date, and entirely flexible for whatever the firm needs next.
Structured the site around the firm's own map of its work, so advisory, coaching, and the people behind them each have their proper room.

a thought-leadership platform

Created the Podcast Appearances page — the firm's growing roll of interviews, gathered in one place — and the Articles page carrying its published writing.
Built the Speaking page and the Team Retreats offering — new page, homepage feature, and a custom icon to carry it — so every way the firm shares its expertise has an address.

the standing partnership

Host, monitor, and maintain the site on an ongoing basis — updates applied, uptime watched, backups kept.
Answer everything: every registrar notice, certificate scare, and platform question, translated into plain English and resolved — so the firm never has to think about its website unless it wants something new.
